1. What is your sponge activity?
My sponge activity will be stretching, for this i will require my class to wear comfortable clothing.
2. What do you plan to do and say in the introduction?
For my introduction i will start with asking what taekwondo is and what people think it is.
3. What do you plan to say in your foundation?
I will give a background to taekwondo and explain some of the history, how it started, why it started, how it developed, and the philosophical side.

4. What will your 2 or 3 answers be for your 2 hour?
Answer 1 will be constant training, my second answer will be mental discipline, and my third answer will be being proficient at promotional testing.

5. What activities will you do for each answer and why?
For my first answer i want to teach them a simple technique that needs to be constantly practiced because if done wrong it could cost you your life. For my second answer i want to demonstrate mental discipline with some sort of mental game or brainteaser, and finally for being proficient at promotional testing, i want to have some sort of test of what exactly i'm not entirely sure yet.

6. How do you plan to conclude your 2 hour?
I plan to conclude with talking about what martial arts (taekwondo) truly is and that its not what it is in the movies.
7. How do you plan to decorate the room?
I plan to have mats for the students to safely practice the technique i will be showing them. Other than tht im not to sure about the decorations.

     Work #: 909-622-4358

Interpretive
The most important thing I gained from this experience is a better relationship with the people who train at my studio. Another thing I gained is a different perspective going into taekwondo class everyday, going in with a different mindset allowed me to have a better understanding of the teachings they would always talk about

Applied
Going into Taekwondo with a different perspective helped me see what aspects of Taekwondo were truly more important than others.

3c. Applied
My independent study helped my answer my EQ by learning why most of the people who are committed to taekwondo have such a strong love for it. I believe its the kind of person that it makes you, and they are all proud of who they are and how their training has affected them positively.
