ESLR Check

1. Summary of how you've been an effective learner this year.

 Research has played the largest role in the development of my senior project this year. The world of taekwondo is very diverse and blurry. If you dont know exactly what your looking for you could end up with an impossible number of different origins.

2. Cite evidence from the senior project (be specific and use examples)

 The coolest thing i've found is something from national geographic, called fight science, although just touching on the subject of taekwondo its really cool to see comparison of the power in pounds of force to other martial arts. Also seeing the dedication and strength of individuals who have trained most of their lives its a really cool thing to me and i found it most interesting.

3. What are specific ways that you can improve in this ESLR during second semester?

i could actually start my service learning and get back into the mix of training in taekwondo. i have yet to resume my training where i last left off and that is my top priority for second semester.
